Exchanges / Returns

These rules and policies apply for domestic and international orders. 

How we process orders

- All orders are shipped from Los Angeles

- All US standard orders will ship via USPS Or UPS 2 - 5 business days and will be processed within 24 hours except for delays (Exclude Weekends and Holiday) 

- All international packages orders will be processed within 48 Hours and will be delivered by UPS in 3-5 days. (Exclude Weekends and Holiday)

- You can not change your order once it is fulfilled. 

- We will constantly provide you with updates about your order via e-mail. Your tracking number will be made available by our shipping department according to our daily system updates. Please keep in mind that tracking information may not be updated for up to 48 hours after your order leaves our location. If you have any questions, please contact our customer service department.
